Meanwhile, employees sit on thousands in unused referral bonuses. Only 6% ever submit a referral. The other 94% leave the money on the table.
How it works
ReferReady connects both sides. Job seekers create a profile with their skills and experience. Referrers add their company's open roles. We match them.
The seeker applies through the referrer's internal link, skipping the career page black hole. If hired, the referrer collects their company's referral bonus.
